Online Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with an unused item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to initiate a return for a refund less a 5% restocking fee. In your email, please advise us of your order transaction number and the reason for the return. We have a 7-day return policy; this means all returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the date of your online purchase. To be eligible for a return, a returned item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels and stickers attached, and in its original packaging. Note that sale items, gift cards and custom stamped discs cannot be returned.
Unless you have received a defective or incorrect item, you are responsible for paying any shipping cost to return your item. Please include your order transaction number in your return package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use trackable shipping to return your item. If your returned item does not make it to us, any loss is borne by you and/or your shipping company.
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it has not been used and has attached to it all relevant tags, labels and stickers and in its original packaging. If the returned item meets these criteria, we will process a refund less a 5% restocking fee on the value of the returned item to the original payment method. Note that the 5% restocking fee covers administration costs such as payment transaction fees. We do not refund the shipping costs of the original order. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed by your credit card company. If the item was paid for via another method, the refund may take longer to be processed.
Our product prices may fluctuate due to changes in paid exchange rates, shipping fees, prices charged by manufacturers and/or time spent acquiring products. We do not do price adjustments.
If you receive a defective item, please email us at email@example.com immediately with a detailed description of the defect and provide supporting photographs of the defective item to initiate a claim.
Golf Discs - Please note that cosmetic blemishes on discs are not considered defects as cosmetic imperfections do not affect the flight of a disc. We photograph most discs so you get a representation of what the disc looks like; such photo images cannot perfectly capture how the disc looks like in real life due to differences in background lighting, screen lighting, colour contrast in computer settings, etc.
As warranties for most items need to be approved by the manufacturer, please do not throw away or ship the defective item back unless we ask you to. Please keep all original packaging and materials, which includes the shipment box, packing materials and tags, so the defective item can be shipped back to the manufacturer if the manufacturer requests it. Once a warranty replacement is approved by the manufacturer, we will send you a replacement as long as we have the same item in stock. If that item is not in stock, we will work with you to arrange a refund or exchange.
If you receive an incorrect item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with a detailed description and provide supporting photographs of the incorrect item. We will work with you to arrange a refund or exchange.
